30-day return window
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Include your order number and reason. Please obtain authorization before sending an item back.
Ordinary return condition
For a change of mind, items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number, a description and photos. The ordinary unused and undamaged condition requirement does not prevent a claim for damage, defects or an incorrect item. We will coordinate a return and refund or a replacement as appropriate; a replacement is not your only option.
Return address and shipping costs
Authorized returns go to teerraform, 15 Rue Raoul Ducollet, 60350 Cuise-la-Motte, France. We pay return shipping for our errors, damage or defects. Customers pay return shipping to France for a change of mind. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
After a refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 days. Contact support if you need assistance.
